All our watches have interchangeable straps. Depending on the strap, you may need to push out the spring bar to remove the strap and install a new one. Nylon straps can be changed without removing the spring bars.

Our 2-piece straps are a standard 85/120mm length. Equivalent wrist measurement is approximately 160mm to 215mm (6 1/4" to 8 1/2"), depending on wrist shape and personal wearing preference (tight fit or loose fit).

Our 1-piece straps are a standard 290mm length (11.4 inches). Equivalent wrist measurement is approximately 165mm to 240mm (6 1/2" to 9 1/2"), depending on wrist shape and personal wearing preference (tight fit or loose fit).

If the watch is in “as new” condition, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Shipping is not refundable. Please contact us for a return authorization.

In most cases, the package is ready for pick up at the local post office. We recommend contacting your local post office and inquire about the package, referencing your tracking number. Please contact us if you are not able to retrieve the package.
