INTRODUCING THE 4 STANDARD ISSUE MODELS
RUGGED AUTOMATICS WITH ICONIC DESIGNS
At the heart of the compact 38mm Standard Issue field watches beats a robust member of Seiko's renowned NH series. Built to withstand the harshest conditions, this automatic movement delivers unrivaled durability, powering you through every adventure. With no need for external power, the smooth-sweeping seconds are driven solely by the energy of your wrist. Whether flying at altitude, on land or diving into the deep, the Standard Issue keeps ticking, just like you.
"THE WATCH THAT WON THE WAR":
THE OFFICER AUTOMATIC
In the heat of the 1940s, when precision was critical and every second counted, the A-11 military standard emerged as the definitive field watch spec for the U.S. Armed Forces. Dubbed the "watch that won the war," this rugged timepiece set the bar for accuracy and resilience, with the unique ability to stop the seconds hand, allowing soldiers to synchronize with their commanding officers.
Introducing the Redwood Standard Issue Officer—our tribute to this legendary design. Reimagined with modern dimensions and built for rugged reliability, this watch is made to endure whatever life throws at you. Whether you’re navigating the urban jungle or the great outdoors, you're wearing a piece of history, a symbol of resilience that’s as functional as it is iconic.

TOOL OF THE MACV-SOG:
THE TYPHOON AUTOMATIC
In 1964, the shadowy MACV-SOG was formed, tasked with daring covert operations in the jungles of Vietnam. Under the guidance of Ben Baker, head of the CISO, these elite operatives were equipped with "sterilized" gear—stripped of any identifying marks to shield their true origins. If captured, POWs and MIAs would leave no trace linking them to the U.S. military, preserving the secrecy of their mission.
The Redwood Typhoon draws its inspiration from the rugged, no-nonsense watches of the era—built for the unforgiving demands of covert warfare. With its stealthy black dial, bold luminous markers, and resilient waterproof case, the Typhoon is a reimagined classic, upgraded with a modern movement and enhanced durability. While most of us won’t be crossing enemy lines, there’s something powerful about wearing a timepiece rooted in history, ready to handle whatever challenge comes its way.

SECOND TIME ZONE WITH THE GMT FUNCTION
The GMT function on the Kilroy and Commando is a game-changer for travelers and adventurers alike, allowing you to track a second time zone effortlessly—ideal for crossing borders or coordinating with someone across the globe. At the heart of this functionality lies the Seiko NH34 movement, a powerhouse known for its durability and reliability without needing an external power source. It's a trusted companion built to handle the demands of modern life, wherever your journey takes you.
WORN BY THE GREEN BERETS IN VIETNAM:
THE KILROY GMT AUTOMATIC
In the mid-1950s, the U.S. military was on a mission to redefine the standard for field watches. MIL-W-6433/A paved the way for the A17/A—a robust timepiece with high-grade movements, tough cases, and the iconic military time dials that would become a symbol of rugged reliability.
The Kilroy GMT draws inspiration from these battle-hardened designs, influenced by the evolving specs of MIL-W-3818 and 46374, and it only gained more fame when Steve McQueen sported its civilian counterpart in Bullitt. Reimagined with modern proportions and a dual-time-zone automatic movement, the Kilroy GMT is built to tackle anything that comes its way. While most of us won’t be jumping out of planes into dense jungles, there’s something undeniably impressive about strapping on a watch with such a storied past—one that stands ready to live up to its legacy.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENTS DIVISION:
THE COMMANDO GMT AUTOMATIC
In the shadowy world of espionage, Camp X was established in Ontario during WWII as the ultimate training ground for Allied spies. Here, agents were trained in covert operations, cryptography, and guerrilla warfare, shaping the tactics of intelligence warfare. Disguised as civilians, they relied on rugged, reliable tools to stay hidden in plain sight.
Our inspiration for the Redwood Commando pays homage to these unsung heroes, with a design that blends stealthy aesthetics, a sturdy case, and luminous markers for low-light operations. Reinterpreted with modern durability and precision, the Commando is ready for any mission. While most of us may never face a life of espionage, there’s a certain thrill in knowing the Commando has a legacy rooted in secrecy and strength.

HOW TO TRACK A SECOND TIME ZONE
“We know how hard it is to find a watch with the right look, a solid build, and a fair price. That is why we started Redwood.”
The Redwood Brothers
BUILT TO LAST: UNMATCHED DURABILITY AND ENDURANCE
Unbreakable Steel: Enduring Strength for Any Mission
The Standard Issue watches boast a robust all-stainless steel case, expertly finished with brushed surfaces. Measuring at a classic 38mm in diameter and 44mm in length, it stays true to the proportions of iconic vintage field watches. The bold, drilled lugs not only add to its rugged appeal but also ensure easy spring bar removal for strap changes on the go.
Combat-Ready:
Sapphire Glass Engineered to Endure
The Standard Issue watches feature a scratch-resistant sapphire glass, renowned for its exceptional durability. With a subtle dome that nods to the vintage aesthetics of mid-20th-century design, the 2.5mm thick crystal is built to withstand shocks and endure the extreme hydrostatic pressures encountered in underwater environments.
Night Vision:
Superior Luminescence, Anytime, Anywhere
No matter how dim the forest canopy or shadowed the trail, the Standard Issue ensures perfect legibility with its powerful lume. Redwood utilizes advanced, non-radioactive Super-LumiNova pigments—a significant leap compared to Tritium. By day, the lume presents a subtle off-white hue, but as night descends or conditions darken, it emits a bright green glow, ensuring your watch remains visible after exposure to light or UV.
MADE FOR THE FIELD, READY FOR THE DEEP
Crafted to withstand the elements, the Redwood Standard Issue features a reliable 100m/330ft water resistance. Designed with advanced polymer seals, the robust screw-down crown and reinforced case back form a dependable barrier against moisture and dirt. Whether you're crossing rugged terrains or braving unexpected downpours, this watch is as steadfast as your next expedition.
